Requirements

About the Role:
We’re seeking a passionate and people-focused individual to take ownership of the employee experience. As our People & Culture Specialist, you’ll welcome new hires, foster a great work environment, organize local and international team events, and act as the communication bridge between employees and leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and enhance the onboarding process to create a smooth and welcoming start for new hires.

  • Maintain and promote a healthy, supportive, and fun work environment.

  • Organize and manage team-building activities and company events both inside and outside Egypt.

  • Act as a go-to person for employee concerns and support needs.

  • Regularly check in with employees to gauge morale and engagement.

  • Work closely with management to implement employee engagement initiatives and improvements.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or a similar people-first role, preferably in the tech industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Creative and enthusiastic with a proactive approach to culture and team dynamics.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially when managing events and team activities.

  • Fluent in English.
